As the Design Lead for Central and Eastern Europe (CEEC) at Oliver×Bayer, I've had the privilege of spearheading numerous successful digital advertising campaigns. My role extends beyond design execution; it encompasses the strategic oversight and meticulous orchestration of the creative process from inception to delivery.
A cornerstone of my leadership philosophy is fostering an environment where creativity flourishes and team members feel supported. I believe in cultivating a lighthearted yet productive atmosphere during our status meetings, where practical task allocation is seamlessly integrated with team camaraderie. In our remote work setting, this approach has proven invaluable, fostering deep trust and open communication—a dynamic I consider paramount to our collective success.
Driving innovation is integral to my role. I've actively championed the integration of new technologies into our creative workflow. CreativeX, for instance, has become an indispensable part of our process, demanding not only adherence to established guidelines during creative development but also rigorous testing and continuous performance monitoring post-launch.
Furthermore, I was selected to lead the EMEA team's adoption of Celtra. In collaboration with one of our skilled developers, I conducted comprehensive workshops and in-depth analyses of this platform, assessing its functionality, workflow impact, and its influence on our team's capabilities. This initiative underscores my commitment to enhancing our operational efficiency and expanding our collective skillset.

Effectively addressing the challenge of mineral depletion due to increased perspiration during the summer months, the core message of the video is designed to reassure viewers: rather than a cause for concern, this can be proactively managed with the support of Supradyn.

About the project
Airing in Romania in 2022, this video commercial was a central component of an extensive campaign. We developed its core concept from the insight that mothers are the primary caregivers for family health and, consequently, the key decision-makers for purchasing medicines and supplements.
Aspirin – Rejuvenation
About the project
Our project was the second creative route from a larger project meant to present Aspirin as a cool product in the eyes of Gen-Z. The route our team created starting from the concept phase followed the protagonist, who was a representative of a gaming target group. The challenge was not only to make an appealing idea that would speak volumes to the young gamers but also to overcome the limitations that came with the tight budget.
